Family Discount: Families enrolling four or more members on the same account receive a 15% discount
when the account includes at least two qualified adults.
Minor Enrollment: A parent or legal guardian must also be enrolled for any member age 18 or younger.
Card Payments: A monthly service fee applies to payments made by credit or debit card.

A Wellspring membership has no long-term contract, co-pays, or deductibles.
You can cancel your membership any time with 30 days notice.
Discounted Medications and Labs
Wellspring has an in-house pharmacy where we dispense common medications at wholesale prices. With many generic medications marked up more than 1,000%, our wholesale cost provides a significant savings to our members. We can also prescribe to any pharmacy nationally as needed.
We provide basic lab services on-site. Labs and testing that cannot be performed in-house we offer at a greatly reduced rate through our local lab partnership.

Wellspring membership is designed to cover most routine primary-care needs, but it is not health insurance. We recommend that members maintain appropriate coverage for hospitalizations, surgery, specialty care, and other major medical expenses.
